Dock Storage Meeting
Minutes

Date: 9/23/2020

Location: Zoom. Attendance: Kim McIntosh, Amy Lavoie, Mary Edgerton, Dave Knight, Gary Gilroy, Scott Westlund, Cindi Naramore, Bernadette Pokladowski, Tony Buzzanca and Bill May.

Called to Order: 7:03 pm

Dock Storage: We should have a total of 7 docks to be stored at the beach area this winter (Gary will be opting to store his on his property). Letters and waivers to be sent out this week. All docks will most likely be brought in by trailer through the beach parking lot and through the opening of the fence. No docks will be stored on the sand to preserve the new sand that was put down in the spring.

Lake Draw Down: The Lake Zoar Authority has scheduled the draw down for the Stevenson area for 10/23/20 through 11/2/20.

Boat Launch Repair: Scott and others will move the posts at the Boat Launch this Saturday to widen the area to be able to move the docks through the area.

Meeting Adjourned: 7:30 pm

The next Board meeting will be on Tuesday 01/12/2020 at 7 pm at a location to be announced.
