Our private beach offers a place for residents to sit and enjoy beautiful Lake Zoar. For those that enjoy being out on the water, our community boat ramp offers access for boats, jet skis, and other lake activities.

Please note that dogs should be leashed at all times while on community property. The park and beach area include a pavilion equipped with tables to get your party out of the sun or for families to come together and have picnics or play games. Shady Rest is also central to several beautiful hiking trails.
