Shady Rest Homeowners Association member dues are used to improve the neighborhood, including repairs to roads, signage, maintenance of community spaces, lawn maintenance services, and flea & tick spraying of public spaces to ensure the safety and well-being of families and pets. These efforts help to keep our neighborhood safe, beautiful, and well-maintained, and we are grateful for the support of all our members in this endeavor.
Yes, Shady Rest has a boat ramp that is accessible to community members that are “in good standing”
Yes, members in “good standing” can store their docks on community property for the winter season for a fee. You can find the downloadable forms/waivers above.
